Our Process
To the right, is a list of our most popular products we create, for all types of events & occasions. If what you want is not there, just ask! We are always happy to accommodate your needs.
Step 1: First thing you need to do, is email me your request, including the type of product, style, theme/colour ideas etc, wording and any other requirements you have. We will then reply to confirm and provide you with a quote if needed. If you are happy with this, we then proceed to design.
Step 2: We create 2-3 designs based on your specifications. They are emailed to you for review and you choose the one that you like. We then work with you, one on one, making any necessary changes until you are happy with your chosen design.
Step 3: Once all changes have been done, you will be sent a final proof by email. Once we receive your approval and payment, we will then email you the finished design; a high resolution JPEG image that is ready for you to print as many times as you like at your convenience. You also have the option of emailing it to those friends and family you keep in contact with online. For an additional cost, a CD with the high resolution design image on it can be mailed to you, if you prefer.
Payment Information: Bank deposit transfer is the preferred method of payment. Our Bank details will be forwarded to you once the final proof is approved by you. If you would like to pay through PayPal, an additional $2 processing fee will apply.
Printing Information: You can print the design at home or at an in-store photo kiosk such as Harvey Norman or Big W. This way you are free to print when you want and how many you want. (You will also then have the choice of the type of paper/stock to print on eg glossy or matte, the thickness etc)
